Recently I haven’t taken enough time to photograph my babies, but my sister gave me one of her old lenses to play with, so I decided to have a new photo shoot with Beau.
He looks adorable, eh?
I’m not sure what he’s doing in this picture, but I thought it was kind of funny and adorable.

This lens is amazing for close-ups! I haven’t been able to take such close photos before!

But I think this is going to be the headshot he uses for all of his acting portfolios!
Since I do not use a smart phone…(yup, I am still in the dark ages with a ‘hello/goodbye’ cell phone…but its really all I need.), I have to use my iPad or my point&shoot Canon camera. It has a nice zoom on it…hubby has a DSLR, but even thinking about using it makes my head spin!!! Hah!
Beau is really showing off his wonderful handsomeness in those closeups. You did well with that lens. Is it a telephoto or a portrait lens?
I used to have an amazing phone that took great pics (LG G4) only issue with it… it broke so often and wasn’t worth the maintenance. I would honestly recommend taking a look at what other phones there may be out there that do your little ones justice!

I need a way to take good close-ups too; am hoping that there is something to snap onto my cell phone that doesn’t cost big bucks.
